How to Rent on Karen Millen Rotates

STEP 1: Browse Karen Millen Rotates

Whether in search of a style for a particular occasion, or simply looking to experiment with something new, you can rent 60+ items on Karen Millen Rotates - with more to come. For those who consider rentals as a trial run, or simply fall in love with their item, there's the additional option to purchase your piece.

STEP 2: Register to rent

Before renting anything from Karen Millen Rotates you will need to register and verify your identity to place any orders. If buying, there's also the option to checkout as a guest.

STEP 3: Wear, return, repeat

You can rent a piece from four to fourteen days. Once you've finished with your piece, send it back with the pre-paid DPD return label - there's no need to dry clean or iron before returning. If you'd like to keep anything, contact info@karenmillenrotates.com to buy your rental.

FAQs
What happens if my piece doesn't fit?

You have 24 hours to try on your rental. If for any reason it does not fit, please email info@karenmillenrotates.com to request an exchange or refund. Refunds (minus shipping costs and a £5 restock fee per item) will be issued only if the security ribbon and tag remain attached.

Can I keep my rental?

If you love your rental, you'll fortunately be able to purchase it. Simply email info@karenmillenrotates.com and your rental fee will be applied towards the buy price of the item.

When do I need to return my item?

Make sure to return your item on the last day of your rental period – try to be conscious by using the same packaging which the rental came in, however this isn't compulsory. Use the prepaid DPD return label, and drop at your nearest DPD drop-off point.

What if my return is late?

Any late items will be subject to a £50 charge per day, up to the purchase price of the piece.

How can I claim a refund?

Please contact our Karen Millen Rotates Customer Service team at info@karenmillenrotates.com for any refund claims. Please allow up to 7 days from when the return is received to have your refund processed.
